Present Work experience
I teach swimming private clients and have my own baby swimming classes.
From October 2009 to September 2011 I worked as a swimming instructor for KMS ( The Malta Sport Council: The Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport ) at The National Pool Complex in Gzira, Malta.
From April 2009 to October 2010, I was a volunteer, on a regular basis, at Inspire (Razzett tal-Ħbiberija) in Marsaskala, as a Swimming Teacher and Horse Riding Therapy Assistant. I swam with children with special needs- individually and in groups, and I assisted with therapeutic riding classes.
From May 2009 till October 2009 , on a daily basis, I worked, also as a volunteer in San Miguel School in Pembroke, providing support at the pool for very profound disabled children by using the Halliwick Concept. After school hours, I helped out with training courses carry out to the mothers of the toddler groups attending services.
Before I came to Malta, I worked as a swimming instructor in The London Swimming School – University of London Union (teaching children and adults swimming, all ages and ability levels).
